  1. Well, I'll hopefully get to see for myself at the spring game. Lee might have the measureables, but Ganz is a competitor and has really delivered during games.
  2. We have quite a few OL already on the roster, and many of them underclassmen. I think we'll be fine with only taking 3. If Baker ends up on OL, then we'll have 4 which seems pretty typical number to me. Plus, as already mentioned, we have some walk-ons who may develop.
  3. This might be the most polarizing idea since the firing of Solich. The responses so far say it all.
  4. He's dropped Illinois, so it's down to 4.

Looks like LSU was already a top ten defense before Bo got there. He maintained an already good D.
  6. Never have truer words been spoken! Stupid dead time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. The guy who decommited from A&M (Kapron Lewis-Moore), which opened up a schollie for Eddie, has now recommitted to A&M. So there's a slight chance the Aggies no longer have a schollie for Eddie. Or maybe they'll turn down KLM. Or maybe they'll keep both and hope somebody doesn't make it academically. But this does open a small window for Eddie Brown to perhaps come back onboard.
  8. If he gets the 14 credits shouldnt we know sooner? You'd think so, but the last couple of years academic casualties usually aren't official until the last minute. The NCAA clearinghouse is very slow.
  9. You left out Bo, Watson, and Gilmore. About Sanders, I've heard a couple recruits mention they really liked him. I think it was PJ Smith and David Whitmore.
  10. We probably won't know for sure until fall practice.
  11. Could he become a FB? He's already 220 lbs so I'd think that's a possibility.
  12. You would be wrong: link Thanks, I had him confused with Keelan Johnson who's nowhere close to being on the DL.
  13. I don't think it's the same Eric Harper, but I could be wrong.
  14. He could be a backup plan, much like Eddie Brown was for A&M. Or the staff might have decided not offer after meeting him, or after Williams firmed up his commitment, etc. There are a lot of possibilities.
  15. scout has him as having an offer on his profile(free) http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p...amp;nid=3114105 That's true, but others are saying scout is wrong. I'm just relaying what I've read, so take it for what it's worth.
  16. According to the LJS story, he turned down an offer on Monday night.
  17. Other boards are saying that NU hasn't extended an offer to Youboty. And that he very much liked his Louisville visit. So I expect that he's headed elsewhere.
  18. He has been offered and has accepted a schollie - making him the first commit of the 2009 recruiting class.
  19. We didn't exactly shutdown Culpepper, but I understand your point and I agree.
  20. Pelini's D always seems to have a play-making safety. So I'm going with a ball-hawking Thenarse.
  21. Come on. I can take posters here making mistakes, but that's an article written by a supposed journalist. I personally find it hard to take a professional seriously who cannot communicate their views.
  22. Can somebody give a summary? I don't have FS Midwest so I probably won't be able to see the show.
  23. Who wrote that article? It's full of mispellings and grammatical errors.
