      Very scary. My brother-in-law as well as a colleague/friend had Bell's Palsy.  Hopefully, it will run its course quickly and he will be back on the air without any residual symptoms.

      My sister had Bells Palsy when she was in her early 20's. She was a good sport about it but it took several months for her face to regain full control. I remember she even had to sleep with an eye patch because she couldn't close her eye at all.

      I just found out a friend of mine has it and its been a year and she is still trying to get full control of her face muscles. Wish him the best!
