I think the people that voted for him for the wrong reasons are going to be highly disappointed. And the people who feared his election will be somewhat relieved. Just IMO, I could be in for a rude awakening.

The thing I'm wondering about, JJ, is how many would call "FINALLY!" what you and I see as "BS".

I don't think that is a trivial element of his support, and I think it's undeniable that it has been awakened. I also don't expect their hopes to be delivered. I'm worried about what happens when it does not.

And also about how much pressure Trump is under to continue catering to them with a wink and a nod. Because a POTUS that relies on and responds to those forces, that's a future I don't want to see.
