    Going through old newspapers I’ve kept relating to the Huskers. Ran across the OWH edition of Bo’s firing and laughed at these headlines:

    Shatel: Eichorst Sounds Like a Man With a Plan

    Shatel: Don’t Expect AD Eichorst to Flounder as Pederson Did in 03 (No he just set out to destroy our program!)

    Chaitlain: Eichorst Proves He Understands NU Tradition, Standards (HUH?!)

      I’ll bet both of these reporters cringe at these articles!

      Hi Dilly Dilly,

      Not a hoarder but I love to keep important headlines.  I've been doing it for awhile.  I also have some magazines that are in prime condition that I will probably sell one day.  I was a huge Lance Armstrong fan and have magazines from back in the day as well as when Tom Osborne retired, Lady Diane died, etc.  I love old magazines.

      I think it’s a wonderful thing to do. As long as they’re not a fire hazard or full of mice. 

       

      I keep a scorebook book at every baseball game I attend and I attend many games I keep every score book or card. I love reminiscing. It’s like I’m there again even if it’s been 10/15 years.

      I put them in a plastic bin that I have easy access to. I remember when the magazines like Life were huge!  I love to go into antique stores and look through the old magazines as well as the vinyl records. We still have our turntable and a few vinyl records. Those were the best.
