O am a Happy camper this evening! We found a Tony Roma's restaurant here in Denver! We used to have one in Omaha during the 90's but they all of a sudden closed! It was so fun! Great Onion Loaf, baked potato soup and baby back ribs. BUT! No dirt cup for the kids! Lol We also found out there is one downtown as well. Good times!

Comfortably Numb. The one we went to is inside the Timbers Hotel off of Peoria and the other one is downtown near the 16th Street Mall at 1480 Arapahoe St.
The Timbers location is a big more upscale than the Tony Roma’s in Omaha. It was always so dark! But a great casual place to eat ribs.
RedDenver-I know how it is when you get food poisoning at a restaurant. Blah-been there done that!
I guess they are only selling 6 franchises and Denver was able to get two. The GM told us that their place had only been open for 3 weeks and they were very busy. People are excited about having a Tony Roma’s again. We sure were!

ColoradoHusk-Too be sure! We like Jim and Nick’s out in Northfield and there are others we haven’t even tried yet. Tony Roma’s was a favorite for our family when my daughters were little girls so this was more of a trip down memory lane than anything.
It was fun but probably won’t go back. There are too many other great places to eat in Denver. My son-in-law was a culinary graduate and knows many of the chef’s in town.
So we let them pick out fun places to eat but since he and my daughters are amazing cooks we eat in most of the time!
what is your favorite place to eat in Denver?
