That is a pretty big statement about how low we have gone. If you are voting for the lessor of two evils, what are you really voting for. I really wish a third party (or fourth, or fifth) could really get a foothold.

That is interesting. Although people tend to become more conservative as they get older, I dont know if they would replace the current crop as far to the right though. Also the Pubs should have it easy, should, the country for the most part is center right, yet they cannot stop stepping on their own feet. For the last 15 years or so they need to get a clear message out, and not have a bunch of white dudes pop u saying " A woman's body knows if its legitimate rape".

I've wondered about that same thing. I don't think that their rabble rousers (see Cruz, Ted) will let them do anything but full scale anti-Obama warfare. So . . . yeah . . . that's not going to do them any favors in 2016. We'll see. The GOP could still win in 2016 if the economic recovery stalls or reverses . . . or if there is some sort of foreign policy crisis/massive terrorist attack. Barring something along those lines the demographics do not look favorable. I'm genuinely interested (and a bit nervous) to see what they do if there is a SCOTUS vacancy. I'd lay odds on a full blown Constitutional crisis if it happens. The only hope the GOP has long term is to be completely destroyed and torn apart in every election until they honestly sit around and wonder WTF??? licking their wounds. THEN...and only then....maybe they will crawl back humbly and ask politely for our votes and actually respect our intelligence. I feel like they are like a junky that just needs to hit rock bottom before they will realize what they are doing to themselves and start trying to fix it. WOW... Glad you have your blinders on... Both major parties are nothing but over spending, war mongering, freedom taking ass hats. Pubs come out with stupid sh#t and well and the Dems... Wake up man..

My dad openly admits to taking classes that would have high % of women, one of them was a swimming class, and that is where he met my mom, so yeah it does happen and it can work.

Nebraska is doing pretty well, all in all. Then again, given the nature of our economy the recession didn't hit us as hard as some other states. Our schools are decent (with plenty of room for improvement). Our crime rate is probably comparable to states with similar population density. The commitment to fiscal responsibility is certainly admirable. It's likely that the biggest change that we see if the returns come in as expected is that the Keystone XL will be approved. Edit: should have opted to expand Medicaid . . . but who cares about the poors anyways? I thought XL was down to the Feds at this point?

Nebraska is in for more of the same... What would that be? Balanced budget? Low crime? Low unemployment? Quality schools (for the most part, some could be better)... Yeah sure hope we get rid of "more of the same"

I wonder this as well. NYC is kinda known for being aggressive, in the same vein as Milan, Rome, Rio, or Barcelona. If they took the same girl and had her walk, say Denver, LA, or Chicago I wonder what the response would be.

I think we are going to have to accept this. The only ranked team we played this year beat us. 8-1 is a good place to be, how much of it is an improved NU, and how much a crap schedule.

When the announcers are calling out the stupidity of the play calling you know its bad. 8-1 no matter how you split it is a good place to be.

Sounds like the original owner scammed the third party dealer. They sold the dealer the paper tickets, then put the e-ticket for sale elsewhere and obviously sold that. EDIT: NO... Just no...
