    There's one thing I know we need to change with the football program. We HAVE to dedicate more to recruiting and hire a couple guys to head it up that aren't actual coaches. Recruiting is way too important not to have a couple full time guys heading it up and planning all the logistics.

      Until we are routinely recruiting with Bama, LSU, ND, USC, etc we arent trying hard enough. We have to try twice as hard as those schools b/c of our big downsides. Ive been pretty upbeat about our recruiting, but its just come to a point where its not enough. If it stays like it is currently it will be hard to compete consistently for championships which is what we should do. We dont have much else, Nebraska is it. How can we not put everything into it possible to end up in top 10 classes eve...

      EZ-E, I'm not claiming we're not putting effort in or even doing a poor job of it. My point is if other schools have big, non-coach recruiting staffs, and that is allowed by ncaa, then we should not trail in that effort at all. We should throw as much at it as is allowed.
