I had to show one of your tweets to my wife, to prove I'm not the only one to have a random bowl of pickles and (green) olives.

So we're supposed to eat a salad of greens & bits for every meal, but there's laziness and whatnot involved in making dinner so a lot of times we just throw vague "veggie bits" in a bowl and call it crudites. In theory I would like to have the salad goodness most often, but it's super hard when I really like green & black olives & bitty pickles & carrots & whatnot. Sometimes little teeny cheese wheels or other cheesy bits.

Pretty sure the salad is better overall, but the crudites are easy & yummy.

Also, if anyone follows my meals and likes cottage cheese, the very best stuff is Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese. I don't know if they put heroin in that stuff or what, but it's super addicctive.
