    Well thanks for the info guys, kinda of a bummer but i guess ill just half to buy tickets for the 5 minutes the kids will be willing to stay into the game and experience the crowd. I could of sworn you could get into the stadium but i guess i misread. Thanks for all the info guys.

    Look, who am I to argue with some of you folks who obviously know better than me. (not being sarcastic) But i remember a few years ago when i went to a game i missed the opportunity to walk onto the field with a bunch of other fans. I also remember several posts of people getting to do this before the games. Now unless theyve changed the rules, or im crazy.

    So, im thinking about taking my kids to there first husker experience. Now there 7 and 10 and im pretty positive there not ready to actually go into the game (disabilities). But i would love them to experience the atmosphere, maybe walk around and see the sights. What time can you walk around the stadium and are there any other kid activities that me and the girls can do before the game actually starts. Ben

    I will say this, Riley is totally nailing the recruiting trail. I never heard this much buzz with recruiting with Bo. Looking forward to seeing what his kids can do.

      For me ... there was quite a buzz with most of Bo's classes. We always seemed to close well.

      Maybe its just how its laid out. Because i get recruting updates and i dont ever remember getting this many updates during the last few years.

      I think the constant updates have something to do with the excitement. Most of the commits are from the Pelini staff, they just seem new because we are re-confirming them.

      Bo aged because the fans were bad people. the media was out to get him, and the Athletic Director didn't support him. Riley won't need those excuses when he's done here.

    I think hes right on alot of points except this one. Nebraska and its fans will never allow themselves to feel that its a second tier job. All of those places he mentioned were once lower tier as well but then had some good things happen and aligned well and there in the top 10. You dont get 5 NC no matter how long ago they were just by letting yourself be a lower tier team. You strive for the best.

    Honestly regardless who the coaches are (despite what ive said) i would love to see some fundamentaly played football. I would take the losses if our guys threw the ball correctly, caught it correctly and wrapped up the tackles. But at some point there going to need to win big and win it all. Only time will tell.
