At a Fourth celebration they did a "roll call of the states". You can cheer for your state before a cannon shot. For Nebraska I yelled "Go Big Red". Guy in a hawkeye shirt shouted "Go back to Lincoln"

I was reading the comments section on the BTN page on FB regarding an article about Iowa. It was a quick reminder of how much of a boner Iowa fans still have anytime they talk about Nebraska and how they beat us last year and how they're going to beat us again etc. A Hawkeye fan said 'Nebraska thought they were going to dominate the B1G when they first joined'. Someone else reminded Mr. Hawkeye diehard that since joining the B1G Nebraska is 3-2 against Iowa!!! I LOL'd
