    Buying a new house, lender says I have a dispute on my account(a tmobile account that was actually my fathers who died 5 years ago and not me) and they want me to remove the dispute or they cant complete my loan...Such stupidity these credit reporting agencies.

      whats worse is the dispute is for a whopping 125 bucks. I'm at the point where I just pay it and tell them get it off my report.
