    Black Sabbaths first lp came out 50 years ago this week. How any of them are still alive due to the mountain  of cocaine and rivers of booze they consumed is just as amazing as the careers they have had . My sister's friends would be at our house listening to records and I'd sit in the corner looking at album covers, sabbath scared the s#!t out of my 7 year old self and I was hooked .

      a bit of a side track....but the kids were watching bubble guppies this morning.   they had ozzy as a voice  for 1 of the characters.    lol.

      Lol I'm damn near 50! The first music I bought was Sabbaths Master of reality on 8 track for 75 cents.that was in 1979 or 80.
