I’m very intrigued by the DirecTV Now streaming service. Reasonably priced too....decisions decisions

I've had a lot of problems with DirectTV Now buffering, particularly when trying to watch a live sporting event. I have the fastest internet available in my area and still find that it buffers a lot, way more than it should. I switched back to PS Vue and have had no such trouble. It's too bad because I thought DTV had better channels and a better UI than PS Vue, but until they can fix their service I'm not going back.

Has anyone on the board bought golf clubs, specifically a set of irons, at a golf expo? I’m in the market for a set of Ping i200s and there’s an expo in Sioux Falls this weekend. Wondering if they give any good discounts at these things.

What band would you want to be a member of? Past or Present. I am a huge KISS fan but Gene and Paul are so anti-booze so they might not be my top choice. U2 is so lame and political...I think maybe ZZ-Top...those guys just seem fun and normal.

All I wanted to be for so many years was Neil Peart. I learned to play exactly like him; all the licks, the songs, the solos. As a drummer I've branched out quite a bit, but I'd still love to have had the career those guys did - 20 albums, 40 years of successful touring, eventual overdue recognition by RRHOF.... and they went out on top, on their terms.

Anyone regret cutting the cord for cable/satellite? I know there’s been threads on here with this discussion but I can’t seem to find them. I’m pretty nervous about it

I have no regrets. The one thing is I've gone back and forth between DirectTV Now and PS Vue a couple of times; DTV has the better channel package but the service is much worse (buffering).
I have three Rokus and I run PS Vue, Netflix and Hulu on all of them. I have the middle package with PS Vue and I'm getting BTN, a few ESPNS, the Golf Channel and three of four networks (no FOX atm due to a dispute).I was very apprehensive about doing it because of the sports angle, but it has turned out to be better than I ever thought it would be.
Not being locked into a contract and being able to switch on / switch off is a godsend.
