So, it took one week to get a guy out to look at my gutter that got damaged...its been over a week since he came out and still no estimate. How do people run a business like that?
Yeah, I know and I get that, I really do. But, you come out, you look at it, you see its one gutter, you take the measurements. Its been over one week and he did not have time to shoot out an email? If I dealt with parents the way these guys deal with customers I would be lynched.
Sorry you gotta deal with that sh#t, there is unfortunately some time and red tape to go through because of the morons out there that try and commit insurance fraud.
