Interested in what others are planning on for the spring game if you are heading to Lincoln? I am thinking this Leave Omaha at 9am: Hopefully get parked by 10am Hit O Street bars that are open: Sandy's, Brothers, Cliffs and Barry's Head over to the Rail yard for 1 or 2 Off to the stadium...this is where it can get rough...when to leave the spring game. I usually like heading back out before the start of the 4th. Get back and probably hit Barry's again because I imagine the rooftop will be in full force. The second difficult part. When to head back to Omaha... What about you guys?

Gonna pick some up for the spring game...just not sure which Swisher Sweet I will be getting just yet.

I am torn on the hanging of T-shirts...I hate the wrinkles with folding and I find a stretched neck very annoying.

bigredboard was simply amazing for many reasons...There was some super dork that would "break down" the "game film" each week...saying that he would watch each play like 10 times and examine what the OLine was doing...it was so stupid...

If you ever read www.bigredboard.com they were basically all against Bo...they also banned anyone that wasn't against Bo. They had some thoughts that I figured were crazy at the time but looking back, some seemed true...That board is still up but it is all closed off to anyone from the "outside" Some of you might have read it or remembered it. But they had "inside info" 1. Bo hated recruiting: He never visited recruits and was never used as a closer 2. Bo was a hot head: Enough said They had some other concerns but I can't remember, ColoradoHusker probably remembers.

And the winner. Thank you. I remember vividly his name being thrown and around and mentioned and clamored for during Big Red Reaction already following the Mizzouri 41-6 thumping. When it became even more clear/most clear/whatever that there was a problem and the end of the Callahan era was near. I remember multiple "Get Bo back here so we can have a defense again" and "shoulda hire Pelini 4 years ago and we wouldnt be in this mess right now" la dee dah. And of course, in a revisionist sense, I was one of them too. Is what it is. And a lot of higher ups with the pull apparently felt the same way. I wonder how long she has lived in fear...that is the part that is always freaky. She has probably thought about leaving him a million times. What a horrible situation.

Oh, I also can't stand the couples that workout together...going to the gym together is lame enough but actually working out together? I also hate when I am in the middle of a sweet song and for some reason Pandora stops working. I also hate it when the hot girl I have been "stalking" at the gym leaves at the wrong time...by that I mean...she leaves when I am still doing a lift...so that I can't "conveniently" leave at the same time she is walking out the door. I mean, I hate cutting my workout short just so I can run to the exit and say something witty as we are both leaving, like "Man, the manager at the gym said they have to charge me more because I lift so much weight"

This thread is awesome! I can't tell if we are all the dorkiest people ever or the coolest and I can't tell if we are all the worst shaped people ever or the best shaped people ever! The only things that really bother me at the gym are... 1. Guy who takes a long time at the water fountain....please fill up your ridiculous gallon jug before you get to the gym 2. The guy who keeps forcing me out of the "womens only" section just because he is the manager and because I am not a girl.

I love that his accent it so real that it sounds fake! You know what I mean? It is awesome! He would be fun to drink with!

There's no way they know yet. I remember a couple years ago we walked all the way to the stadium in the rain, got in the gates and they cancelled it. 70's would be freaking spectacular though. You're not even gonna show your face and have a beer? What the hell.....? I know that they don't know for sure...its just fun looking ahead at the weather predictions for the 11th! I am heading down with 3 buddies...so we will probably just hit a bunch of bars

Just tossing this out there...because I truly believe that NU wins 11 games next year...the schedule sets up PERFECTLY and I think the middle of the defense is going to be crazy sick. With that said...we have heard that basically none of the coaches knew how to coach...tons of players were in the doghouse...the best players were not playing...the offensive and defensive schemes were stupid and NOW that the players were not really even lifting...yet they were winning 9 and 10 games. Soooo...if they win 9 or less this season...well...kind of a difficult pill. Again...I think once the offense catches up with the defense that this team will be very solid...11 wins in '15

So were the people in Alexandria literally never in the outside world? I find that impossible Right? I mean it...they just seem over the top (great Stallone movie) clueless.

This has been a great season! The only thing that is a bit odd is how "dopey" the people in the town are...I mean...they are really acting pretty clueless.

Jeans...once or twice a week... When you could smoke in bars...wash them as much as possible.

Recruiting guys that might help out in 3 years is not good recruiting.

I think it's okay to care that a woman was abused. Unless you are an insensitive douchebag. Then I guess not caring would fit. I mean about the coach...does anyone really care about the coach...this thread is clearly not about the woman.

Does anyone really care? I read through the posts and thought "Why am I reading these, I don't care at all" Then I just started hoping that the weather would be in the mid 70's for the spring game

Anyone else see the offense struggling to average over 20 a game this year?

Spring game is a bar day for me since I usually only tailgate during the season and don't hit the bars. Yeah, I agree...It will be nice to hit Brothers, Sandy's, Main St Pub and Barry's Teach you're an adult, you can go to the Rail Yard now. I love the O street prices!
