  1. Action: Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon...he was perfect in that role Comedy: Leslie Nielsen in Naked Gun, BRILLIANT Sly Stallone: Rocky, Rocky 4, Creed and Copland. Voters confuse acting with "acting" and sadly it cost him awards. Val Kilmer: Top Gun...any guy that I have ever known that was in the Navy and/or Air Force said that Kilmer basically acted like every fighter pilot they ever met...and Tombstone, my goodness, AMAZING job. Michael Biehn: Terminator and/or Tombstone, again, he was sick!
  2. Damon is brilliant. Good Will Hunting is amazing...As Jason B he was fantastic but those movies don't win awards, sadly
  3. Does Rick Grimes die in the graphic novels?

    2. The Dude

      The Dude

The story, at its core, is Rick's role in the reconstruction of civilization.

It shouldn't have taken 8 seasons to get to this point.  They spent the last 5 years or so milking it.

    3. Redux

      Redux

The show runners weren't focused on an actual story arc.  They should have been.

    4. GSG

      GSG

I gave up on that show a long time ago. It was too slow at times and seemed to get a little repetitive. Plus, I binge-watched for an entire day and woke up from a nightmare where I was fighting zombies and lions in a forest

  4. Ha...You know who is thrilled about this? Local sports talk show hosts. This just made their week.
  5. Unless they are just freaks, it usually won't stand out much. Lavonte David had freak film...dude made tackle after tackle. To this day, Randy Gregory's JC film is the best I have ever seen for a defensive player. I think it was his JC film.
  6. Ugggg, you don't do the meeting when your next game is on the road vs a team that is a 3 TD favorite! You do it before you play at home vs a lame ass team...
  7. Ankrah? Was he a two year starter? Joe Carter? I think he was two as well though.
  8. Who remember Kangaroos? They are still around, I think, but the hidden pocket was so lame (and cool)
  9. Oh, I just meant that it is nothing earth shattering...like where a ton of starters were all of a sudden benched.
  10. It was ridiculous...can someone photoshop in a banana?
  11. I don't even think these "changes" are all that big of a deal.
  12. This week Illinois -3 Wisconsin -20 NCState -4 Mark it down and lock it up.
  13. Honestly, 20 years ago when no one really ran spread stuff...he would have been an amazing 4 year starter...but watching him in space is like watching me dance...it is funny, sad, pathetic and in some states possibly illegal.
  14. And really it isn't that Young is bad...it just seems like he has never gotten better, at all. He is just an average player that they can't seem to get off the field.
  15. Young must be the most impressive practice player ever...He must ace all he pre-game scouting tests. Because it makes no sense why he plays as much as he does.
  16. Maybe it makes more sense for him to run though.
  17. Really? Interesting, I think the opposite. For a true freshmen I think he stays in the pocket for a very long time.
  18. Went to Madison a few years ago...it was a great time. The bar scene before the game was awesome. We partied at this one bar (don't remember the name) for like 8 hours. It was a blast. Fans were great! I rank Madison in my top 3 road trips.
  19. Maybe? I guess I don't know. I do know that during the game yesterday I got a text from my boss and was asked to help cover something on 10/13...I checked and saw that the Skers play at 11am and I realized that I would miss some of the game...I replied "Sure, why not" and I can tell you in the past I would never have missed some of the game.
  20. It was way worse...but in the end it doesn't matter...his recruiting is amazing
  21. It must be hard to coach. QB's that can run (especially in HS) always think they can make a play...so for them the idea of tossing it away seems like a wasted play.
  22. The PSU white out is amazing.  They do a great job with it.

Yes, they always do a good job with that. Our sea of red is impressive during the day but that white out is pretty darned cool at night.

      it was pretty visually stunning.

Great environment at Penn State tonight. That kind of environment makes college football fun to watch. Hats off to Penn State.
