There is a Lone Star Steakhouse on the NW corner of I-25 & hwy 34. It's pretty good. on the east side of I25 there is; On The Border (mexican), Biaggi's (italian), Bent Fork (get the mushroom soup), PF Changs, Bonefish Grill. All pretty good.
If you don't want a chain, try the Bent Fork. I love their New Mexico Ribeye sandwich (like a Philly cheesesteak) and I would kill people for their mushroom soup. So good.
