I like Step Brothers and Talledega Nights (ballad of Ricky Bobby). Rapture-Palooza is another little known but pretty funny one.

Funniest thing I ever saw in a movie though was the KKK raid scene in Django Unchained when they're complaining about their hoods.

Little Miss Sunshine was a treasure, NUance! Anything from Edgar Wright is worth checking out. Visually funny movies, not just saying funny things. Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz are two of my favorites. I see The World's End has already been mentioned.
