      i believe so... I clearly am in horrible shape because i think i broke myself.

      It definitely works your quads more than walking/running, and a sh**ty seat can really suck. Not being in shape I would of stuck to under 6 or 7 miles. I try to get 8 or 10 miles a couple times a week with the gf, her and my seat hold me back or I'd go further...
