      our first house was a foreclosure and fortunately we had cash in hand since the Vegas market took a beating. We remodeled the house and are going to make 4 times what we paid for it. It was originally selling for 380k we got it for 75k.

      Mind you, we did have to jackhammer the concrete out of the toilets and just remove all bathtubs thanks to the disgruntled previous owners.
