    An honest few days from the coaches and players. Probably about as honest as they've ever been with the media and fan base. The truth can be tough sometimes, but honesty is always appreciated and should garner some respect. Now that we've faced it, we must move forward. I just ask that we improve.

      One, it's pre season who gives a sh#t. Seattle clearly a good team, but so is Denver . I think the whole world knows that. Secondly, DW was already cut block by another player who was still engaging him when your FB decided to lead his head into the crown of DW helmet. Both are illegal in the NFL. Maybe you should learn a thing or two before trying to preach to me son.
