  3. That kid is a nut case with a huge ego we don't want him on our team!
  4. Why not? He's most likely going to play QB. Give him a break, it's his first game at WR. I wouldn't put much stock in this outing. I only said that because of all the dropped balls we witnessed this year by our WR's. Sorry for the confusion
  5. Is this lady freaking serious? Good lord if you have the least bit of common sense you would watch that video and see that Bo was CLEARLY joking. The fact that this shows up on the front page of msn.com shows how pathetic the sportswriting is over at Fox.
  6. Ehhh Turner just had a big drop on 3rd down.... definitely not something Husker fans want to see
  7. Barring a MASSIVE improvement by Cody Green then it'll be Martinez. But if Bubba Starling miraculously ends up coming here then I can see him being the starter...kid has the attitude and the skill to pull it off
  8. That's why Michigan finished 6th in total offense averaging over 500 yards? 85 yards more than Nebraska averaged this year? And remember, Nebraska numbers are against some of the worse defenses in Division 1. Michigan played an entirely different schedule in regards to defensive opponents. Their offense was high flying when they faced teams like Bowling Green and UMASS at the beginning of the year but as the season went on they couldn't move the ball against the top dogs in the Big 10. Yes they could. They just couldn't stop anyone on defense. Their offense put up 28 against Iowa and Wisconsin, 31 against Penn State. The Ohio State game was garbage and they only scored 7, but that was a rivalry game and Michigan was severely outmatched. In the Iowa game Michigan scored 21 garbage points in the 4th quarter after scoring 1 touchdown earlier, Penn St. was not good at all this year, and Michigan was shut out in the first half against Wisconsin at home. Their offense has those gaudy numbers because either they face terrible competition or the other team is playing soft defense because they already have a huge lead. Rich Rod would not work don't be fooled like a lot of Michigan fans were when he brought this offense to their school.

  10. Why in the world would we want Rich Rod? His offense worked in the Big East against lower competition, but it doesn't work in the Big 10. Trust me we want this guy no where NEAR Nebraska football
  11. You are on your own on that opinion, in my mind Cotton needs to be the first one to go he is TERRIBLE!
  12. There is more hatred towards Watson and the offensive staff. Not so much Pelini. Trust me no one here is going to become a Texas fan.
  13. Not with Watson calling plays......
  14. Scott Frost is the most ideal choice, but I guess he and Pelini don't get along for some reason. Hopefully they can put their differences aside, be men, and try to get this Husker train rolling!
  15. Cotton and Watson are MUST fires if we want to be a national contender. We cannot win with these two. I don't want to hear the argument that if we get rid of Watson then we lose Bubba Starling let's face it folks Starling is MLB bound.
  16. 0% chance he goes to Texas. The Pelini boys aren't big fans of the Longhorns
  17. about as bad as a bowl game as UCONN and Oklahoma only the Fiesta Bowl really had no choice.....our bowl game is a joke plain and simple
  18. How about the "Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl" I know it's for a good cause and everything but it's just a funny name for a bowl game
  19. Watson tries to get too fancy with his playcalling instead of just sticking with what's working. For instance in the Oklahoma game the plays that were working were runs between the tackles, and Burkhead in the wildcat. But, Watson tried to force feed his supposed "specialty" with the read option that was downright useless when you have a QB with two gimp legs. If Watson stuck with what worked Nebraska wins that game plain and simple
  20. A 10 win team facing off against a 6 win team that we already crushed at their homefield makes no sense. We got absolutely screwed in this one, but all we can hope for is to beat them like last time and ride off to the Big 10.

    2013

To be the best we have to beat the best. I am going to have high expectations no matter what and certainly am not going to wait until 2013 to expect a national championship run.
  22. it should be played Nationwide on ABC
  23. Reasons we will win: 1) Our defense is amazing 2) Roy Helu Jr. 3) It's Colorado 4) Rex Burkhead 5) Alex Henery 6) Bo will make sure we don't lose 7) OUR BOYS ARE FIRED UP!!!!!!
