What kind of smoker do you have

I cut them big, so all the fretting for nothing. I thought I was going to half to get the pre cut stuff from Costco, but they had whole belly's.

Teach, I his have a basic brinkman electric smoker. I've made some amazing stuff with it, but it's too small. I need to vut packer briskets and whole slabs of ribs in half to fit them...
