Just watched half of What The Health... almost turned it off after the first 10 minutes, but decided to stick it out a little longer for poops amd gigs. Apparently since I eat 3 eggs almost everyday I basically smoke 30 cigarettes every morning. Lol!!!

Actually Enhanced, that's out dated research. New studies show that there isn't really a link between dietary cholesterol and the body's cholesterol levels in healthy individuals. It has more to do with trans fats and such. Eggs can potentially help lower cholesterol.
I eat 2 to 3 every morning 80% of the year and my level are very good, granted I'm still under 30 years old.
