      It's not so bad. But it's engineering stuff so it's a lot of work.

      Two suggestions: Either get rid of DST altogether, since it's a stupid old custom, or make the switch on Friday night, not Saturday night. That way you have an extra day to accustom yourself to the sleep pattern.
