    I would like to know exactly how he described what he saw to Paterno.

    If this happened at NU, I would not be going to a home game. I would not want to be a fan of or any part of my program. It is going to be a strange atmosphere in the stadium saturday. I would expect it to be half full, and quiet.

    Bo has taken NU from a average team to a consistent conference title contender. The next step is expected conference title holder. That is a harder step to make, I believe it will happen in time.

    Paterno won't get fired unless something ugly is revealed during the trial. I don't even want to think of what could be revealed during the trial.

    This is very disturbing. After reading the article, I don't know if it lwould mean any charges against JoPa. Things could be revealed in court room testimony that would lead to his dismissal. Very disturbing.

    I don't get it. I think Dirk is a fine writer, and feel he writes about what everyone else is talking about. Not an issue.

    I guess if we want to be in the B1G, we need to take part in the traditions even if, as an outsider, they seem somewhat silly. Iowa wants to circle this date on their calendar, and that's OK. Glad the game is on friday, happy to put up with everything else to keep it that way.

    As November rolls around I am loving the B1G much more than I thought I would. Really thought I would miss the BigXII, but all I miss is OU which was gone a long time ago. No more playing Texas 7 on 7 with scores like 56-48. Let it snow, and lets beat the hell out of one another. I am loving it.

    How does the Big12 get together, make a decision, then over the weekend have someone disagree with the decision? I have heard it was Tech bringing up travel issues. What a mess.

    1 thing I don't understand about this would be the 27 month waiting period Syracuse and Pitt have to wait to move to the ACC. I assume WVU has to wait the same amount of time, which would leave the Big12 at 9 for 2 years. I understood the Big12's new TV deal with FOX stipulated the Big12 maintain 10 teams. So, what is to become of this new TV deal?

    Parking meters downtown are free on weekends. It is a bit more of a walk, but I always find a free meter downtown hit a bar and walk about a mile and a half.

    Appreciate the love Sparty. I expected MSU to be a big game, but with your big win vs WISCY it got even bigger. It is strange and different in the B1G, but very exciting. NU beats MSU by 3td's. Thank you very much.

    How early you need to get there I don't know. I know there is a drop-off. I don't know if that is an option. Good Luck.

    New offense, new direction. Why look for big plays from a TE when you have Bell and Turner? It is unfortunate for Kyler, but good for the team.

    Anybody catch any of the KU KSU game today? 2nd quarter, half empty stadium would be quite generous.

    I like this guy. He didn't play much, but was getting consistent push into the backfield. The Guy looks like a natural NT. Off topic, why the hell does Thad line up a yard off the line? It makes me crazy!!

    Pressuring the QB is a problem, DB coverage is a problem, but stopping the run is the biggest problem. It is hard to bring pressure on the QB when the D is constantly in 2nd and 5, 3rd and 3. Bottom line, there is plenty of blame to spread around.
