Two games that were the first under an entirely new coaching staff for the program. They are not even in the Minnesota game without Sims legs. Its fine if they stick with HH, but wondering about the performance of Sims after everything has stabilized is not unreasonable in my opinion. HH is not very good. It’s likely Sims is not either, but it’d be interesting to see him get a series or two. That being said, I trust the coaches are making the decision they feel gives them the best chance to win.

It’s both, but you can’t have one without the other. Nebraska has lacked leadership and culture. They’ve had good recruits. They’ve had good coaches. They’ve had poor culture builders. I really want to see how Rhule finishes the year. There have obviously been some tough games, but there is a real opportunity to build some confidence.

I think these are nonsense in general. Full disclosure, I didn't even read it. I bet the grades are a lot better of 3-5 plays go differently this season.

Ok, will do. I have to believe that the head coach is doing whatever he needs to do to be successful. That doesn’t mean all his decisions are correct, but I’m sure he believes they are. Id assume those decisions are based upon several factors. Probably none of them have to do with how they performed at a Nike camp. Given you know literally know nothing about him other than his bio, you have to trust your coach is doing what is right. He’s at every practice and has probably had many conversations with him. He’s going to have some opportunities now and we can see what he does with them. I saw him open several times as well as a few solid blocks.

The other thing I get a kick out of is how we have no access to the structure of any of these NIL deals. People just assume every thing has to do with they get more money somewhere else. There's no information to support it either way.

I've watched bits and pieces of several Illinois games. The only offense I've seen is the QB scrambling. He moves pretty well. Need to contain him and it's over. He's a decent player.

The back up QB is a tank. Not as big as Jared Lorenzen, but that's who I thought of when I saw him. He also had a 40% completion percentage against MSU.

I thought it would be a dumpster fire and it's been anything but. The question at this point now is "Is it sustainable". I think that's unlikely, but who knows anymore.
