    That remains to be seen. Gomes was a ball hawk. Sure, Stafford can hit. I want to see what he can do in coverage situations. He had 9 INT's in two years at the JUCO level, to go along with some kick returns for TD. Kid is a ballerrrr

    Pelini has been shown to move players around on defense to best fit their skills, but offensively doesn't have a clue. Barney Cotton hasn't shown anything yet (prolly never will). The last 2 years we have got the best offensive line recruiting easily this decade for us. If the line doesn't appear better soon people need to be given the dueces. BUT I have to agree a little that obviously who you recruit 3 and 4 years ago is going to affect you now. Hopefully it all improves.

      We all know Burkhead will be a stud with or without his carries. Give the 3 a lot of touches and see which one steps up the most.

    Our success will come down to playing to our strengths. We have a talented FB and 3 dynamic backs to go along with Burkhead and Martinez is a burner. I want to see more play action to our tight ends and new WRs.
