I honestly don't think Abdullah can handle the load like Rex can. His last 4 or 5 carries he seemed to be dead and didn't have the same body language. If Rex is available to take away 5-10 carries from Abdullah that would be best to keep Abdullah at his peak and get Rex involved on our way toward Wisky. Still got to love the guy for the effort and a couple of big runs and catch he provided Saturday.

Students jam in closer together at the front. Where I sit I don't technically have a seat. I stand in front of my seat the whole game while someone else stands on my seat. At halftime, I just continue to stand or sit on the railing. Also, when I sat in South Stadium there would be 10 people shoved into "6 seats." This is why there are gaps.

With what was happening in the Big 12, I had no problem walking away. I miss the long history with Kansas and our duel with Oklahoma, but what else. What made the Big 12 so great that you would want to be back? Missouri and Texas A & M are gone now too. The Big 12 is just the ugly transition we dealt with on our way to the BIG imo. Is the BIG less competitive this year? Yes. Is the Big 12 a better football conference? Yes, with the addition of West Virginia and TCU Are we better off? Of course. We are now a part of a whole that collaborates and will be more competitive in the future.

My sentiments exactly. I find myself pulling for the BIG a lot more than I ever did for the Big 12. Oklahoma and Baylor were the only teams I was every happy to root for and I only rooted for Baylor because they sucked and poised no threat. I find that I pull for all of the BIG even those who poise the biggest threat to Nebraska and their chances. I will never be able to root for Iowa just because they were annoying before we were in the BIG and they feel a sense of superiority I just don't understand. I really don't care for Urban Meyer, but it is still good to see them do well and I hope them the best, until we go to the Horseshoe. Just hope to see the BIG put up better performances this week because the competition gets much stiffer as a whole for the league.

When push comes to shove, we gave up 13 points on defense and only 3 after half. Hopefully things will be fixed.

I understand that the Badgers generally bonce back albeit after bad opening games, but it doesn't make anyone feel better about the team. It just shows that Wisconsin plays there best football at the end of the year. The evidence we have after week one is that UW struggled with a team that show be ran over especially when that is your strong suit you plan on living on for the year. That is why everyone is knocking on them. Until they do turn it around, they won't find favor.
