melscott62
I hope they both stay Quote Link to comment
mahoney
Nothing on BJax. The Bowman thing is beginning to look more and more like a rumor that had no merit. I believe he (ZB) is staying. Quote Link to comment
DaveH
Bowman isn't leaving. Nothing on Jackson yet. I am afraid with the lack of RB's coming out this year, he might be gone. Quote Link to comment

SHould literally hear any minute now from the UNL Sports Dept. If I were him, I"m splitten to the NFL. There are only so many hits a RB can take in a lifetime. Don't waste all of them in college. mahoney
RB's coming out this year (early): Dwayne Wright Fresno State Chris Henry Arizona Danny Ware Georgia Marshawn Lynch California Michael Bush Louisville Darius Walker Notre Dame Antonio Pittman Ohio State Adrian Peterson Oklahoma I wouldn't exactly say that this is a weak class. No matter what class you enter the NFL in there will be stiff competition. If anyone's only reason for wanting to leave is that they think they are better than this years class than next years... well it sounds to like the ol' afraid of competition argument. If you think you are good enough to come out early then come out early. If you think you should come out early because there are better players than you next year then your a putz. I am sure (ok, I hope) that BJax is not basing his decision on that. Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
I heard somewhere that Mel Kiper Jr thought really high of Jackson...I hope he doesn't hear that. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirtsguru
I say go! Nothing is guarenteed and he could run the risk of having a career ending injury if he stays! I wish him the best wherever he goes. Quote Link to comment
Jarred04
FOr the 100th f'ing time....DO NOT COPY/PASTE INFO FROM THE PREMIUM BOARD Thanks, Sean Callahan Take it for what its worth. We are supposed to know any time now. Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
well, if that is true, it sure opens back up the tailback position again, as Lucky can't pound the ball week in and week out..... Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Well if he leaves he leaves, but I would hate to lose him. I was looking forward to seeing him next year for another season. I don't think his stock is high enough personally??? Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
i agree, but his agent must be telling him something else? as they usually do, you know? Quote Link to comment

Washusker
I'll miss the kid, but let's face it, we have plenty of talent coming back at that position. We'll be fine. Look for Kenny Wilson to break out. Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
RB's coming out this year (early): Dwayne Wright Fresno State Chris Henry Arizona Danny Ware Georgia Marshawn Lynch California Michael Bush Louisville Darius Walker Notre Dame Antonio Pittman Ohio State Adrian Peterson Oklahoma From that list, only AP, Bush, and Lynch are better running backs than BJax. Walker and Pittman are probally in the same class as BJax. If Jackson goes pro, he will probally be a late second/third round pick. Good for a three year deal worth around 3-4 million per. If he stays, I dont' see him raising his draft stock enough to go ahead of Slaton and Co. from next year. He will probally fall right in that same area again. Now his decision is, Do I stay at Nebraska for one more year, or do I go pro early and get 3 million this year for playing the game that I love? Quote Link to comment
