Beat the defending ACC champ in their house. Wasn't pretty, but IMO it is going to give the Huskers ample things to look at to shore up against USC. I think we are fortunate to win that one, but I think we were the better team. Wake played tough, like most expected. I thought it would be tight for a half until Nebraska got their bearings and got rolling. Didn't really happen, just hung on until it was over. Quote Link to comment

Well, this is the second post I’ve seen today that says something to the effect of “At least we’re not Michigan.” Well, if that’s the best thing we can say about ourselves at this point in the season, then it is going to be another long year. It was a hard fought win which exposed the things the huskers need to improve on in order to go to 3-0.
