frazier9495
I think our tradition of having a Redout every game is much better than having a B****** once a year. Why copy other schools and follow the trend? Quote Link to comment

NUpolo8
The dilemma: If the search function was up and running on this site, and you could use it, would the brain dead fail-fest posters who think a B****** is a good idea be able to use the search engine to discover that this isn't the first time this has been discussed and shot down? I'll never know, I guess I'll go back to spray painting Manny Ramirez Red Sox jerseys blue. Quote Link to comment

HUSKER 37
Who's Manny Ramirez ??? And in the spirit of this redundant thread, shouldn't you be painting his Red Sox BLACK? Please forgive me for prolonging this, but since the search function still appears to be history, can anyone remember what the significance of black unis/fans really is other than cool looking on someones PlayStation? Or was it originally on someones Video Pong? (Mid to late '70s reference for you younguns). Quote Link to comment
In the Deed the Glory
I don't think its a bad idea, but it will never be the entire stadium so it shouldn't be done. The Athletic Dept will have to give away shirts/announce ahead of time. If everybody doesn't do it, it should't be done. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
Not going to happen, and we damn sure do not want to do it when the team we are playing has Black in their color scheme. As mentioned above the media would mention visitors got into the game. Quote Link to comment
dustinl15
I prefer a red out. As our friend Lee Corso would say "it looks like a big blood clot" Quote Link to comment
General Blackshirt
Last time it was done it look like Memorial Stadium had a big bruise in the corner. Awful. Quote Link to comment

I'll go on the record for saying that one student B****** a year is fine by me. Black uniforms, that's different. For reference: Quote Link to comment
np_husker
well to me it aint a true B****** unless the whole stadium is doing it. not just the student section I agree. The whole stadium is never going to go black, so lets just stick with tradition and continue to be a Sea of Red! Quote Link to comment
