billdozer15
This is only a rumor, and I have no way to confirm..... However, I got a call from a buddy of mine in Omaha who said that he was told that Ben Cotton is out of Thursday's game w/H1N1, and that Hickman and Helu are being tested for the flu. This friend of mine has been right in the past, as he told me about Castille before the rumors started on that issue. I sure hope this is false.....please don't kill the messenger! Wouldnt be shocked by this at all. H1N1 is spreading like wild fire. I know several people who have had or now have it. Quote Link to comment

caveman99
Wow talking about a possible leading question on USC. They just asked Shatel what the impact on the game would be if Helu didn't run well or was under the weather. Quote Link to comment

mattbri17
I bet Helu and Hickman would still play if they were sick Quote Link to comment

MUTigerFan
I bet Helu and Hickman would still play if they were sick Pelini shouldn't let them. Look at Tebow, playing with the flu. You can't tell me that his reaction time and strength were the same as if he were healthy. People freaking DIE from flu. They shouldn't risk injury for a football game. Quote Link to comment

If they have the FLU they will not play but if they were just SICK I think they would play Quote Link to comment
HuskerInLostWages
I doubt Hickman is sick because he spoke directly to Kaipust at the Omaha World Herald. You'd think he'd have made mention about him being sick. He spoke to him just yesterday according to the article. At the end of the article he even speak to Helu, so the H1N1 thing would be a farce, it doesn't just pop up over night. Quote Link to comment

I highly doubt she was fine if she has the H1N1 virus as the onset can take up to 3 days for full on infections. She might have the regular flu, but it wouldn't just pop up over night being H1N1.
