Danimal
Bo's teams have overcome adversity and heartbreak in bowls before, and his D has played their best ball of the year. I don't know if it will be a pretty win but we should win. TM should have some running-ability back, that should help. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
This game will get ugly and we will dominate them. Nothing against the Huskies but the Huskers will put a beating on them. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Bo knows bowl games. It's going to be a massacre. Quote Link to comment
Judoka
I strongly believe that the unit is out for pride every time they take the field Agree. Individually there it seems that there are some on the offense that have this mentality, and it shows in the effort they give on the field. As a unit though, it doesn't seem like pride is a motivating factor. Quote Link to comment
Hammerhead
My only concern is accusations of Nebraska running up the score on Washington. Quote Link to comment
ESPY
Wait a sec....there's a football game? Quote Link to comment
junior4949
Really, it comes down to this. Is Washington a better team than Iowa State? If the answer is yes, then we should be worried especially with everything going on. If the answer is no, then we probably don't need to be worried. After playing like we did against Iowa State and South Dakota State, I don't know how people cannot be worried about the Holiday Bowl. Quote Link to comment

HuskerNative
I don't think the team is distracted. We are. Unless Internet rumors cause turnovers, it wasn't distractions that caused the loss to OU. Quote Link to comment
papersun87
77-0 is the only acceptable outcome for this game. 78-0 when they come to Lincoln in September. Quote Link to comment
Parl Celini
77-0 is the only acceptable outcome for this game. 78-0 when they come to Lincoln in September. idk...lets just get the win any way we can. A loss now would be a disaster. Especially against a team we dominated. Quote Link to comment
Blaze1up
When hasn't Bo had us ready for a bowl game, bet the farm on it. Quote Link to comment
NebraskaShellback
Mind games! Do not believe everything you read, heard 2nd or 3rd hand info, and the media love the drama to play out. We will win!! Go Huskers Quote Link to comment
ESPY
Methinks Ubben hit the ball outta the park with today's post about the Holiday Bowl, especially when says WU will be much more prepared for Martinez and if he continues to perform like he has over the last month, the ball could easily bounce the Huskies' way and potentially give us an "embarrassing" loss to end the season. linky I don't know why, but I just have a bad feeling about this game. I know the team will come out confident and ready to play. But you never know... Quote Link to comment
irafreak
I barely care to be honest. Watson getting the Miami(ohio) job would be better than winning the Meaningless Bowl we are scheduled to play. We'll win. The kids will play hard. It's their game. Me...I'll probably tune in to see if Taylor is healthy and watch the seniors one last time and hope that the defense plays lights out so Bo just decides to let Alex bomb field goals all night as soon as the offense crosses midfield...
