Hard to turn down an Alabama and their defense, but high schoolers should see what kind of results Husker coaching can attain--an NFL contract for the players with the skills, the attitude, and the work ethics to make it happen. It would seem like it would be the same as a recruit calling other recruits. As long as Suh is not being compensated?? I really don't know though. Quote Link to comment

"accidental" campus run ins are one thing, but no, you can't actually arrange for contact from alumni/boosters. obviously that doesn't stop our coaches from pointing out suh's success and his comments that he owes much of it to the pelinis. The bottom line is that while fans (and I believe alumni) are not by definition considered to be boosters, they turn into a booster the moment they contact a recruit and act as a school's representative by trying to influence the recruit to attend that school. The NCAA prohibits boosters from contacting recruits, and this includes all manner of electronic communication. Quote Link to comment
