flatwaterfan Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Pelini generally likes bigger DB's because they like physical play on the WR's. That might be part of the reason why we are hearing about Heard rather than Ameer being moved to help the DB's. Ameer could play tight coverage, but might not be able to check the WR off the line when they play zones. Plus they like to bump in man coverage. Quote Link to comment
