HuskerNationNick
Outside of Ohio St, who's ranking is pretty irrelevant until the preseasons next year, we are carrying the weight of the Big 10 on our shoulders right now being the only one ranked, and halfway respectable as well. what would ohio st. be ranked in the bcs? Probably 3rd or 4th. I think they would be 4th, with Alabama at 5th. My ESPN Fan ranking, that you do on ESPN, I have KSU at #1, Oregon at #2, Alabama at #3, OSU at #4, and ND at #5. I think they are lower in the AP and USA, simply for the fact they aren't bowl eligible. If they were to be bowl eligible, I think you would see them higher. Quote Link to comment

Guy Chamberlin
I'm guessing it's unprecented that a Big 10 team is 10 - 0, not ranked in the Top 5, and sitting behind two one-loss teams. Especially a legacy team like Ohio State. OSU is getting spanked by the AP either for their irrelevence in the BCS or the weakness of the Big 10, probably both. Quote Link to comment
VA Husker Fan
Like I said, their schedule is weak. Their win over us is by far their most impressive. Nobody else they played is still ranked. Mich St was ranked at the time, and they beat them by a point. It is a good point that AP voters may be penalizing them some for being ineligible in the BCS. The computers have no such bias though. You can see where they rank in the full BCS standings found here: http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/rankings/bcs Look down at the bottom for Ohio State. They show where OSU is in the computers. Note that when the BCS standings are compiled, OSU is dropped from those ratings and everyone behind them moves up a spot. Quote Link to comment
HuskerMav11
Not that it really matters, but when I looked at subhub, the cheapest ticket you could get was $75 and above face value. The sellout streak will be at risk when you stub hub flooded with tickets at below their ticket price, because this means the owner of the tickets are losing money, thus less likely to purchase from the University. In short, it's going to take quite a turn of events for this to happen... (baited by the troll....) Quote Link to comment
papersun87
Y'all dun got trolled hard. So who's worked out the combination of wins/losses it'll take to get us to the BCS title game? Quote Link to comment
