When NU played Clemson in a bowl and then a couple of years later, the threads were basically taken over by c$%ks vs Tiggers We were like 1 Quote Link to comment

NUance
"We always have room for improvement, but this is definitely a championship-caliber football team that will win in the Big House against Ohio State." Ha ha! Talk is cheap in June. Quote Link to comment

jaws
Let me try and keep this straight. So at Michigan Ohio equals Ohio State....does that mean he is talking in code about Ohio U in Athens? If so, yes, I am about 90% sure they could beat Ohio U and win the MAC championship. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
I don't mind if you beat tOSU in the big house, just not Nebraska Quote Link to comment
exswoo
Phil Steele's projections has Michigan potentially playing spoiler to both OSU and Nebraska - I guess we'll see in a few months! http://www.philsteele.com/Blogs/2013/JUN13/DBJune24.html Quote Link to comment
husker_99
Didn't know Michigan had a sizable lead over Ohio St in the series. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
I'm a Michigan fan too but I'm not sure what the point of these threads are on a Husker board :| We have this thing here called the "Big 10 forum". It's for anything Big 10. Hence, anything Michigan/Ohio St goes. And frankly, I've come to quite enjoy the hilarity that usually ensues. 2 Quote Link to comment
exswoo
Didn't know Michigan had a sizable lead over Ohio St in the series. Michigan built up a huge lead early on and OSU started chipping away at it from the 1950s. Since then it's been about even, although OSU won 4 more times than Michigan during the past 62 years. OSU was 2-10-1 against Michigan under Cooper (1988-2000) but Tressel (2001-2010) dominated Michigan 9-1(although I guess one of those wins were vacated)...so I guess we'll see! Quote Link to comment
I am I
how long has this rivalry been uninterrupted? i remember at one point N v KU was number 2 or 3 in the nation for longest continuing series (although clearly not a rivalry) what is the overall record of M v tOSU? Quote Link to comment
exswoo
how long has this rivalry been uninterrupted? Since 1918...so 95 years? There were 14 games prior to that but there was a 6 year break from 1912. what is the overall record of M v tOSU? Michigan leads, 58-45-6 (58-44-6 officially) Quote Link to comment
