KazLong
Anyone watching? If so who are you if any one routing for? And Why? Does this gif sum up the "contest"? Quote Link to comment
clyde40
ISU since I spent a year and a half there, great school, terrible football. Quote Link to comment
Danny Bateman
FYI, KazLong, in the future post threads about any non-NU teams in the "Big Ten" subforum. The site is actually really well organized. No worries though... the mods will surely move it soon. They're probably busy drinking beer or giving Knapp a spongebath before the evening games kick off. I don't know who to cheer for. Probably ISU. Although it would incredibly make the Big Ten look even worse (if that's even possible), I would lol at Iowa dropping this one. They pull out FAR too many close, lucky wins for my liking, and no one seems to notice. I hate when they get pub-- like this offseason when they were a trendy pick to win our division. I feel like I''m the only one who can see how terrible they are! Quote Link to comment
Branno
When are coaches going to stop trying to ice the kicker. Ferentz just gave the game to Iowa St by calling a timeout before a missed FG attempt. Quote Link to comment
mrandyk
I'd like to see a stat on kicker FG% when being "iced" vs. no timeout. Can't ice a guy when it's pretty damn warm out anyways, Kirk. Quote Link to comment

BigRedBuster
I just heard on the radio that Kirk is 7-9 against ISU. Ouch. I thought this guy was supposed to be the greatest coach in history...or close to it. After living in Iowa for 15 years, I gotta root for ISU in these games. However, it works better for Nebraska if Iowa wins. Quote Link to comment
BigRedPowerWagon
I will never root for iowa, ever. The fans in this state when they get on a 1 win game streak are unbearable. Just hearing them pout off on there close victories just makes me wana puke. And they despise me because who i root for. Everything i thought about how bad ISU fans were are nothing compared to how bad iowa fans are. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
I never had problems with ISU fans. They were fun. Iowa fans???? Well..... Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
Living in Iowa really makes you realize how badly you want them to lose. A 0-12 Iowa is good for America 1 Quote Link to comment
Apathy
Last year during Christmas my cousin brought over her bf who's an Iowa fan, poor bastard but anyways we started talking about the Iowa/Nebraska game. Anyways he told me the reason why we lost is because no Nebraska player on the team wants to play for Nebraska where else Iowa have tons of players from Iowa that want to play for Iowa. I basically laughed my ass off inside my head and he is now considered a douchebag in my book. Iowa fans are the worst. I know a very few good Iowa fans but the bad ones out weigh the good ones. BigRedPowerWagon
I honestly dont know if its because i live here or what. But i would root for any other big 10 team to win except iowa. And its honestly just to shut there fans up. I think a couple years ago they went 6 and 6 or something. It was frigging beautiful around here. I used to get some heckling from ISU fans when we were in the conference and the ones who say they only root for iowa when they are playing nebraska is a bit childish. But i like to be able to talk football and most of these Iowa fans are so dooshy i cant even hold a football discussion with them. Quote Link to comment

Hell most ISU fans I have met are now semi HUSKER fans simply because it is another potential loss for Iowa Quote Link to comment
RotoRiot
I'm glad I work with a bunch of ISU fans, I don't know if I could handle them otherwise Quote Link to comment
