Bowfin
That pretty much sums up the O-line play tonight. Quote Link to comment
Dr. Mantis Toboggan
It will be shortly... Video is already everywhere.... God i hate the Cottons.+1 That family has done more damage to Husker football than Callahan and Pedersen combined. I must punch a baby after reading this 1 Quote Link to comment
Bowfin
Cotton looked like one of those fainting goats that stiffen up and fall over at any loud noise. Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
One of Yahoo's top stories right now. "Player pulls off year's most epic penalty" http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/nebraska-lineman-falls-on-his-behind-in-hilarious-false-start--gifs-020125067.html Quote Link to comment
ZRod
The dumbest part to me is that he didn't have his hand down, so couldn't he have just reset? Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
The dumbest part to me is that he didn't have his hand down, so couldn't he have just reset? No. The position he's in-the two point-qualifies as set. He was gonna get a penalty if he moved a foot to regain balance. While it's funny and ridiculous and par for the course for the offense's performance, I understand why he did what he did. He was trying to hold on till the ball was snapped. 4 Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Probably just drank too much MD 20/20 before the game. It certainly wasn't the only baffling thing he did that night. Quote Link to comment

Would people feel a lot better if he just gave up and stood up? Just an easy target because of everything else that went on. 2 Quote Link to comment

He's now the object of national ridicule. Enough. Hell, I'd feel this way if he played for I_WA. Quote Link to comment
