hskrfan4life
ESPN will be releasing their rankings of the top 100 college football players. Today they released 100 through 81. Everyday 20 more will be released. I will post players on opposing teams Nebraska will face this year. The score is determined on a scale of 0-10 based on their expected contributions for the 2015 season by 43 writers.#97 Brad Kaaya (Miami, FL) - Sophomore QB (6.49 score)T-#88 Dan Voltz (Wisconsin) - Junior Center (6.65 score)T-#81 Taysom Hill (BYU) - Senior QB (6.70 score)#59 Corey Clement (Wisconsin) - Junior RB (7.05 score)#44 Jack Allen (Michigan State) - Senior Center (7.42 score)T-#35 Jack Conklin (Michigan State) - Junior Offensive Tackle (7.56 score)#12 Connor Cook (Michigan State) - Senior QB (score 8.83) #8 Shilique Calhoun (Michigan State) - Senior DE (score 8.56)Links:91-10081-9071-8061-7051-6041-5031-4021-30 11-20 1-10 3 Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
I will make a new post when a Nebraska player makes the list. T-#73 De'Mornay Pierson-El An electric performance on special teams earned acclaim for Pierson-El as a true freshman in 2014. His three punt-return touchdowns tied for the national lead as he accumulated 596 yards on punt returns -- more than any other team nationally. The Huskers are just as excited this year about his seemingly perfect fit into coach Mike Riley's offense. Look for Pierson-El on the jet sweep and in the return game after he made 23 catches last year. 2 Quote Link to comment

chamrocck
Interesting idea and glad to see DPE at #73. But the fact that they have Cardale Jones at #77 is laughable. Quote Link to comment
Red Five
Collins is our only other hope to make the list, right? Not sure how well known he is nationally, so I'm not going to be surprised if he's not in the top 60. Quote Link to comment
Scratchtown
Interesting idea and glad to see DPE at #73. But the fact that they have Cardale Jones at #77 is laughable. Laugable because he's not high enough? Dude won OSU a national title. Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
Updated first post, no other Huskers yet. Quote Link to comment
Red Five
Collins ain't getting in the top 20, so DPE will be our only one. Quote Link to comment
Hoosker
Collins ain't getting in the top 20, so DPE will be our only one. Yeah, people aren't nearly as high on Collins as we are. That's fine. Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Interesting idea and glad to see DPE at #73. But the fact that they have Cardale Jones at #77 is laughable. He won a national championship by playing really well against two very good defenses. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
In my mind, I was thinking the only guys that had a chance of top 100... Gerry, Collins, DPE. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
I think Gerry will be our best defensive player this season. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
I think Gerry will be our best defensive player this season. Dude for President! Quote Link to comment
