There's no evidence because the witness/victim refused to cooperate in the prosecution.

I mean one way or another, Casey didn't just accidentally show up in Lincoln with his name in the student directory. Clearly, he was at least thinking about returning in some way. Considering that and his previous "I didn't want to leave" tweet, I think it's safe to say Rhule's interest in him is pretty low.
