Did you guys miss the point that both teams are running a 3-4 and they are in the playoffs? One of those teams is holding Jalen Hurts to 14 points, 149 yards, 5-18 passing for 90 yards.

Unfortunately it’s not an “all time”. It’s from when that rating system was started. So, this is during a period that Nebraska hasn’t been very good. I believe that’s in large part because the players towards the top of the list didn’t pan out.

The women are putting together a very nice season so far. 11-1. She took a team that had a lot of change in her first year and has built it to be a good team. Gotta keep the faith that Fred can do the same thing. Get through this year and build a good team from there.

And the SEC gets the benefit of the doubt every year because of the perception that it’s such a tough conference. They are higher ranked to start and everyone speculates all year if they are going to get two in the playoffs because it’s so tough. The PAC 12 is viewed as a weak conference and they struggle to be taken serious at the end of the season and get in the playoffs.

And then the playoff committee looks at us as having a weak schedule and leaves us out.

So, you would prefer everyone on our schedule to go 0-12.

I would prefer teams that we played to do well. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t. ....unless it’s Texas. Always root against Texas.

I would hope to have multiple West championships this decade with a conference championship. I don’t see that being unreasonable.

Yes....but the common opinion was that we didn’t really have a good RB at the time going into his senior season. Going into the year, the majority of fans were not expecting anything special from him. Most were surprised with how well he did.

Obviously, they are fine with mediocrity.

Actually, that’s a good question. I've always thought the term “trick play” is used way too much. Many times, it’s used simply to describe a play that fools the defense into thinking something else is going to happen. Why is a play action pass less of a trick play than a half back pass? Are the direct snaps to the RB we do a trick play?

That’s not a trick play. QBs run similar plays all the time. And he’s a QB.

What makes that a trick play?

I have absolutely no problem with both Biden and trump being investigated. The problem is when Trump and Republican’s defense of Trump is based on Biden. they are two totally separate issues.
