First of all I am still a Bo supporter, but my support for him and this staff is on thin ice right now. These kind of post game quotes like "we didn't execute," or "it's part of the process," or worse "I don't have the answers for that" are becoming just as inexcusable and unacceptable as his teams performances or lack thereof in these big game blow out losses. i would like Bo to tell us how long the "process" of building this program is suppose to take Longer than others i guess...this must be where we are worse than a few years ago and then win the Natty Title next season lol

and get his advice on how to recruit 30 players to fill 15 scollies? Also ask him how they transfer money to players without getting caught, how to flat out lie to a kid about playing time, etc-you know all the things saban's been doing all his life- yep Nebraska can learn how to win from a fine coach like saban Or how to hire competent assistants and win big games and also bring in top 5 recruiting classes. Hell to the no. If there's been one consistent bright spot this year, it's been our offense. IIRC, we scored at least 30 points in all of our losses... Beck isn't the problem this year. O-line coach? Yes. But the remainder of the offensive coaching staff has done a damn fine job. Also, don't forget Joe Ganz as a grad assistant. Unsung hero that will be hard to replace. Very easy to replace when we fire both OL coaches get one solid OL coach and an established QB coach that isn't a grad asst anywhere

Good points Zoogies. I'd like to add that if we replace Cotton as o-line coach, I would hope we could find a spot in the AD he could help out with. He's done a lot for Nebraska, would like to see us do something to keep him involved. "Cotton you are a failure as a division 1 coach but we would love to waste some of the ADs money and invent a position for you!" I hate this mentality! We do not owe him anything! He has been stealing our money for years! No reason to keep him around. He failed can him end of story. Unfortunately I think you might be correct but I hate it
