    Unfortunately, picking Nebraska 3rd in the west makes complete sense and would be the odds on money guess. That is who we are until we quit performing like a 3rd (or worse) B1G West team. Really, anyone would have to be crazy, or a diehard fan, to pick us any higher.

    Those look to be reasonable prices for those tires. But you could find other good tires for less money. You're paying for the name on Michelins, Coopers, Bridgestone, BF Goodrich etc. Some of the off brand names are made in the same facilities, the same way, but have a different name and they can be had for less money. I guess it depends what particular aspects of the tire is important to you.

    With Red Dead Redemption's additions to the list I add 6 more, making my total 24. Who's slightly less pathetic now? Ha ha! I've only done one on Red Dead Redemption's list. So I guess you are the slightly less pathetic one now. I need to get back to Lincoln more often. Must be party at the Cherry Hut, huh? Everybody's done that haven't they? And to be clear, I am still pathetic. I don't even recognize many of those places or names. I have read about dLeons here on HB, that is one I feel like I need to try. I'm 52 but still feel I am missing out on some awesome 3AM drunk breakfast burrito or something. Sad.

    I've only done 18 on that list but, I only lived in Lincoln from 1981 to 1986. Most of those didn't exist then. So, is Lee's Chicken still open? Loved that place.

      So if we have the 11th best recruiting class it won't make a difference? Get a clue CoachPT. This class is going to turn out just fine. You guys all demand top 10 classes and then don't follow it at all and just assume it's easy and everyone should be able to get a top 10 class into Lincoln. Have a little faith, heaven forbid we let the cycle come to completion before we judge it.

    BRB- A big piece of the puzzle driving premiums are the government mandates of who has to be covered, what has to be covered, etc. Free market solutions won't work if it's not truly free. The coverage mandates eliminated the insurance company's ability to limit their costs by not covering high risk, high cost customers. That is exactly why Obamacare is not working. The costs are still a runaway freight train. I don't have a solution, but free market won't work either if they are told who they must cover. Only possible solution I see is the two far ends of the sp3ctrum. 1- complete and total free market, no government interference. 2- full blown socialism, state run medical, etc. Hopefully somebody much smarter than me can figure out how to blend the 2.

    I would absolutely love to get my Healthcare premiums cut back to only 9% or 10% of my gross income. I am currently paying about $1450/mo or $17,400 annual for my Obamacare plan. It has better coverage than the plan I had prior to Obamacare but the premiums are still increasing about 20% per year. If somebody can come up with a plan, single payer or otherwise, that only costs 9% to 15% of my gross income, and prevents the yearly 20% increase, count me in.....way in.

    Can't go wrong with Breaking Bad. I've been through it 3 times and thinking about having another go at it. Currently been binging on House of Cards on Netflix since Christmas time. It's really good. Didn't think I would like it but got hooked. It's one of those shows where you end up hating almost all of the characters and keep watching in the hopes they will have to pay for all the bad sh#t they do. I have to modify my recommendation for House of Cards. The first 2 seasons were really good but the 3rd season sucks big time. Not sure I'll even be able to finish. Don't know if they had changes in the writing/direction or if it's just a result of the storyline running out of anywhere to go. Can't imagine it could continue any further.
