That last rep made my back hurt

Here's the thing. If the offense is good and scoring bunches of points (which I think they have the weapons to do so). It only helps the defense play fast and loose. If they are energetic with 11 guys flying to the football no matter what the scheme they will seem much better than last year. I've been part of defenses that were very good that were on the field for 45 min a game because the offense was terrible. Much easier to go back on the field two plays later because your team scored rather than two plays later because of an INT

This whole thread makes my stomach churn. I'm from Indiana and I hate Purdue with a passion. Makes me sick to even think we have to worry about Purdon't. I did have the honor of sitting next to Jared Tomich the first time Neb played in Lafayette. My dad had extra tickets and invited him to the game and he came with his wife. Pretty cool. Don't really like how he tackles but he is good in coverage. He has good feet and is patient when receivers are making moves. If its between the 6'3 corner we have that doesn't cover or tackle and a 6'3 corner that can cover very well and can barely tackle, I'll take the latter

If he only tried to steal lobsters I would be fine with it. But buying gummy bears with stolen credit cards crosses the line for me

I grew up 20 min outside of Chicago and everyone used Sirius during the Bulls' glory. I also hate the Bulls so I tend to not like the song. I would rather listen to hooked on classics by the royal Philharmonic. I also think the the fight scene music from Conan would be cool.

On the flip side hopefully the offense performs which is going to put more pressure on opposing offenses. They will have to play catch up which will help the defense. But it is hard to be on the field a lot and not give up points.

What I'm hoping is that we have a good enough lead in some of these games we get to see some true game experience for the non starter instead of squeaking out each win
