I think if Frost is trying to adapt wholsale to the B1G in 3-4 years it will mean big trouble. He may have to make modifications, all coaches do, but he and his staff run what they run. He needs time to establish culture and get the right kids in place sure, but I expect his scheme will do just fine in the league once established. We need a full year and another offseason in the scheme and for conditioning.

You can still be positive and know that Bunch isn't winning the West, it's ok. This year was always about culture shift and learning how to do things for the future. Wins will be nice, but focus on the big picture even without them. The sky isn't falling even if AM is out for the year.

It simply takes a while for these things to develop. Must happen organically and cannot be forced with hereos trophies. This conference situation is 50x better for the U. The hatred and vitriol will come, just give it time and let it simmer.
