Why, Did Gary Indiana shoot down a Russian jet?

Officer involved shooting from 2014, 17 year old was shot 16 times by responding officer, they are just now going to release the dash cam video. They did recover a knife from the teenager, but there are questions as to the amount of rounds fired and how long this all went on. They fear it's going to cause riots there.

Oh, I see. Of course the typical solution is rioting and general unruliness. Makes sense, that's how we roll in this country nowadays.
