      Funny as I was never a huge Lovie fan but at the same time I think it's a great hire by Illinois. What will his staff look like? Can they recruit? Will be super interesting to see how this goes for him and Illinois. Especially given the Illini's history along with Lovie's recent NFL history.

      First black head coach in Illini history...huge ties to the area. This is a big hire. Who knows if it will work but considering it is the first week of March and they got him, home run.
