I still don't understand how they ruled he had possession of that thing to call it a second forward pass. If they consider him having possession of that then any WR or DB or anyone that catches a pass while in the air and has it jarred loose before hitting the ground should be a fumble. Still not sure how that happened. 

Had he swatted the ball down to the turf with one or both hands it would have been fine but since he held it with both hands and then pushed it down it was deemed a second forward pass.

That's an unbelievable call imo. As @wiuhusker said, how can they rule he had possession of that? He 'grabbed' it and threw it down all before even coming back down to the ground - how is that any different than a receiver who has his hands on the ball in the air and loses it before coming down?
